Astro Challenge 2018 is an annual event held by NUS and NTU Astronomy Clubs for the students in secondary schools, Polytechnics and JCs in Singapore. Held over 3 days on 1, 5 and 9 June, students were challenged in a few areas in Astronomy including:
(a) Multiple Choice Questions Round
(b) Data Response Questions Round
(c) Observation Round
(d) Project Round
4 students from the SST Astronomy Club participated in the competition:
LOKE YI MING (S2-01)
KEITH CHIA WEN KAI (S2-03)
CHUA YUNHENG, EVAAN (S2-04)
LIM ZHENG TING ELSTON (S2-04)
Keith Chia Wen Kai from S2-03 did SST and the SST Astronomy Club proud by clinching the best newcomer award.
