The Moon Gazing at Toh Guan Park was organised on 15 June 2024 by the Bukit Batok East grassroots organisations. A total of 10 SST Astroclub members participated in the outreach programme at a community hall within the the Toh Guan Park estate.
This is yet another community outreach that we do with the support of Singapore Academy of Young Engineers and Scientists (SAYES). The Member of Parliament, Mdm Rahayu Mahzam, came to support us at the event.
The most important activity was to allow a child to marvel at the moon through a telescope.
